Top 10 Good Reads – June Week 1
Hi Everyone!
Welcome back to another edition of the best food related readings from the past week. It has been a great news week, and as a result we have included in this edition studies highlighting links between caffeine and exercise, flu vaccines and asthmatics and ADHD and diet. But one of the readings that caused the biggest stir in the twitter community this week was the study that found that parents influence on children’s eating habits was insignificant! I can only speak for myself, but this was definitely not the case in my family. Actually, I believe my parents were the biggest influence on my culinary habits. It made me think – maybe the study was partly true, and when compared to Europe and Asia, parents in the USA have little influence on their children’s eating habbits? What do you think?
All this plus much, much more – ENJOY!
